How long is a standard swim session?
Each session is a full 30 minutes. This is divided into 20-25 minutes of supervised swim time for your dog in the pool, followed by 5-10 minutes for you to use our warm shower and drying facilities afterwards.
Can I get in the pool with my dog?
Yes, absolutely! Our Fun Swim with Human session is specifically designed for owners who want to get in and be part of the fun. We provide complimentary waders to wear so you can stay dry, and we also have doggy buoyancy jackets available for any pups who need a little extra confidence. Please note that this session allows for a maximum of 1 adult and up to 2 dogs in the pool at one time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
